Your mother was a remarkable woman. So positive. Kind of fun too. We liked her a lot. We know she was a great mom because she produced such wonderful daughters who loved her and each other. (It is a mark of success when siblings are close and I give some credit to the parents.) We didn't know Diana or Roselyn but were privileged to know and love Rhoda and Denny. You will miss her but she will always be in your heart and memories. Still, it is sad to know you won't be able to have a good visit until you are reunited in heaven. I trust she did not suffer.

I an so sorry to hear about your mom and I wish you and your family all the bexct in this time of sadness.

Going Grainless
I came across this blurb while reading your "recently written" It's interesting to observe Vitality Anakysis results with the 140 food test results. I dislike grains of all kind including rice and there is not a single grain on the list that is a "plus" for me. Ray loves rice and he is plus 800 for it. For some grains show very beneficial and for others, nothing. It's important to identify your specific needs and not go by what anyone else says is good for you.
Blessings,
Tricia
