I have been into Holistic Health for over 50 years…. since my 20s.
I have always been very fortunate to learn from visionaries in the field of Holistic Health
I worked for, and studied under, Dr. Paul Bragg, world-famous Naturopath, in the late 1970s.
I led exercise classes on the beach in Waikiki, Hawaii!
